What this service is

Subsroom is software for the volunteer who runs an amateur sports club: free worksheets that compute on the page, and a paid plan that keeps the club's record of members, subs, session registers and team sheets. We are the vendor: you buy the subscription from us directly, and there is no agency, reseller or intermediary anywhere in it.

How we are paid

Subsroom Pro is a monthly subscription: you pay us, Ellul Solutions Ltd, the legal entity you contract with, and that name appears on your Stripe receipt. It renews monthly at the price shown until you cancel.

The worksheet index

The worksheet index lists every free worksheet on this site with its worked example figures.

No warranty

The worksheets compute from the figures you enter and the method stated on each page. They are arithmetic, not accounting, tax or charity-law advice, and nothing on this site is a ruling on what your club's status, its governing body or its constitution requires of its books or its members; that is your accountant's and your committee's.
