# Subsroom

> Subsroom is software for the volunteer who runs an amateur sports club in the United States or the United Kingdom: a free club treasurer subs sheet that works the season's subs, arrears and surplus from the members in each fee tier and the club's fixed costs, a free club session register that turns attendances into an attendance rate per section, both with no account, and Subsroom Pro, which keeps the club's record: every member with their section, fee tier and paid-up status, every session register, every team sheet, the subs reminders and the export the treasurer takes to the AGM. It covers the amateur club only. It is not gym or studio software, not a class booking system, not a website builder, not a fixture list, and it gives no accounting, tax or charity-law advice.
